We recently had problems with our freezer. Scott from West End Appliance came. He provided an honest appraisal of the problems and the cost to fix. Both issues were resolved quickly, handled in a professional manner and at a reasonable cost. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Lynn was so helpful and informative on the phone when I first called. She knew exactly what I needed and got me scheduled. The tech (owner who came) was kind, efficient and did a cheaper fix to start which made my bill much less than I was expecting. :) Very happy to support a small, local business!

Joe & Scott came earlier which was good. They took off their shoes and was respectful of our home. They had smiles on friendly and got right to work. They explained everything about the parts etc. which we appreciate. Everything works!!!

I've had West End Appliance to our house twice and they have been beyond terrific! I had an issue with a Samsung refrigerator and a Speed Queen washer that they went above and beyond what I would expect from any service company. Very honest, professional guys. They showed up on time and were easy to communicate with over the phone. Just great overall people to deal with, I wish more businesses were like them.

With all the rental properties we manage they receive about 8+ work orders a month from us. Their professionalism, quality and fair prices are very tough to beat. We worked with Scott today and had great service. He stayed to try to figure out the root of our appliance problem and offered a 90 day call back service if we had any issues with the fix. He also added a new handle to our dishwasher and it works perfectly now. Even cleaned our stainless steel face afterwards to make it shine. The office staff was helpful as well and they were able to order the correct part before even coming out to the house.
